Cheap and Fast, easy overclock
- Pros: Perfect processor for the price, and even better than that. Overclocked to 2.8Ghz easy with no voltage increase, on stock hsf. FSB 266, multy - 10.5 ; Memory DDR2-800 runs at 400Mhz as it should be. Temps well below 50C, idle 35, load 45.
- Cons: Would like bigger fan on heatsink, but it's not loud, so It's cool, in both ways
- Other Thoughts: I love it. Used A-Data memory and cheap ASRock mobo.
A rocket !!
- Pros: Great new Overclocker from AMD !! Took it right to 2.8 on default vcore .. Paired up with the Biostar TForce 550 .. Incredible price/performance value...
- Cons: none
- Other Thoughts: Looking forward to getting it to the 3g + Range with some tweaking .. HSF that comes with it shouldn't be a problem at default vcore, but if you are going to run it up, you might think about an HSF upgrade..
