Over the last few days, we have called Abitís US technical support line twice, and sent one email message. In the case of the phone calls (which we had to pay for, as Abit does not offer a toll-free line), we left messages, and have yet to receive a response.
Similarly, our email message has not yet been answered. If and when we receive responses to our calls and email, weíll update this piece as to the ability of their staff to answer our questions. However, the fact remains that, even if our questions are answered, a delay of a few days is unacceptable. If this were your home system, and you were left stranded due to an inability to boot, etc., a delay of days is unacceptable.
Abitís support page does, however, offer links to popular newsgroups, which can often be an invaluable source of information, if your problem isnít keeping you from accessing the internet. Newsgroups are often filled with users of similar products, who may have encountered, and have easy solutions to your problems. We have to give credit to Abit for making use of this resource.
