Naturally we were curious as to how the MyPal a620 performed with the new PocketPC 2003 software and what Asus added to an already good line-up of software. To be honest Asus also used the no frills approach here, which we love, as there’s not that much memory to go around with anyway and every 3rd party utility that’s installed eats up valuable memory. The MyPal a620 does come with an Asus settings panel that allows you to change the brightness of the screen, adjust the audio properties, including bass and treble and sets up the shortcuts for the quick access buttons and much, much more.
The version infomation, memory usage and run mode as found in the Asus settings.
The brightness, volume and bass and treble settings, balance only applies to the headphone output.
The microphone settings, including gain control and the settings for the quick access buttons.
