Also: Physically take a look at the Motherboard and see if there is any identification letters and numbers on it, usually near the RAM modules. If you find anything, enter it into a google search and it should come up with the info you need.

Here's how to find out your motherboard & BIOS:

Reboot your pc, & as it starts up you'll see a date & some numbers appear at the bottom left of your screen. As soon as you see those numbers, hit F4 to freeze the boot up. Then write down the date & numbers exactly as they appear on the screen. Restart your pc & go to this link:

Next, scan down the list of BIOS id's & motherboard manufacturers to find yours. The site also has a message board, if needed. : )
