definitely the drill-jigsaw-dremmel

those discs are expensive and if you buy cheap ones you'll end up with chips flying...

i'd also advise if you've got a case with built-in grills front and back to open those up too...the fine holes they put in there hold back a LOT of air...you may think you've got a 20 cfm case fan but it may only pull 5-10cfm through the hole!

Gray

CPU: AMD XP2800+ Barton @ 206fsb 12.5x multiplier 2472 mhz 1.85vcore
Swiftek 462 with vantech tornado 85cfm 29c case and 29c cpu 38c loaded
Sunbeam hose kit for external air to the cpu and 5 X 25cfm fans in and one delta 65cfm out the top + dual power fans out
MOBO: AOPEN AK79D--400VN Dual channel (1.85v is the limit on this board.)
GFX: NVIDIA 5600XT 256
RAM: 2 X 512 pc2700 budget branded at 1:1at 5-3-3-2.5 w/ tt heatspreaders
HD: 80g 7200RPM ATA133
PSU: 400 watt

I change my hardware so often I can hardly keep track anymore...

Currently X2 4800, 1 gig Redline, X850, Dfi Mobo, etc. which may or may not be current at time of posting...

I do Phase :D

I could've sworn I saw a cutting disc made specifically for cutting circular holes cleanly. It looks like a cookie-cutter, but the lip is serrated and it fits onto your power drill like a drill bit. Just put it in place on your panel, clamp the drill securely (like to a desk or mitre-box) and let it cut it for you. I'm sure you can get 60/80/92 mm versions of it, maybe even a 120mm.

i know what ur talking about, its a hole saw, i use em in doing door knobs/locks installations, ya that deal with the plasma cutter i was joking about, i mean that sucker is one bad ass son of a bitch. Anyways the hole saws u can find them at Home Improvement stores like Home Depot or Lowes, Not sure what's in Other nations tho.

Yeah those things kick ass! 2 inches of steel in 4 seconds. 2 inches of titanium in 14 seconds. I need one of those badly. A while ago somebody had a plasma blow torch on campus and was burning his way into vending machine cashboxes (and sometimes taking a snack for himself) in the middle of the night. The police never caught him.

Take the side off the PC and set it on two upright 2x4`s . Then get a 3in mag. 12 gauge shotgun, this has to be exact so pay close attention.Back off exactly 11feet 4 1/2 inches. Take magic marker and mark center of spot to be cut out. Then fire away,oh yea ,be sure it is # 4 shot shells. Good luck

just use a friggin hole saw.. it's best to use a good powered drill, and buy a bi-metal saw (wood and steel) .. then voila.. that simple. cost's $10

dremmel or hole saw, be careful with the hole saw as it can leave some major burs in the metal.

Holesaws are you best choice, make sure you use a constant pitch holesaw, there meant for metal & don't leave any burrs. Variable pitch holesaws are for wood & metal, they will leave burrs when working with some metals.
