Why have they invented yet another algorithm (CMSS) for converting stereo to multichannel sound (5.1/7.1) ? Why couldn't they license Dolby Digital Pro Logic, or Dolby Digital Pro Logic II?
I'll have to wait for some reviews of the card to come out to tell me if the two schemes are compatible with their image reproduction. Otherwise I'll probablyneed to adjust my speaker levels yet again
