I believe the ways that both the Studios and the recording industry are trying to limit use of content through "force" of specific technologies are wrong in many cases, and will certainly damage my ability to exercise fair use rights, e.g., playing an Audio CD on any device I choose. Hope we see some intervention both by the press, and as a discussion forum, by Congress in US, to much more strongly support fair use rights as these efforts progress.
