That's great as long as as no performance is sacrificed and the price isn't astranomical. I'd like to know if there are any increased manufacturing byproducts which are not "environmentally friendly". I do tend to be skeptical about these things. They remind me of the "organically" grown foods. Most of it's BS. The article is a good one. I didn't know any such efforts were being made. I hope it's as good as is said here.

Now I really know I'm getting old. 20 years ago, I never would have imagined any of the stuff I read nowadays.

They could cut down costs of lead and halogens in our environment by not making the lifecycle of any given component 6 months before its outdated, and obsolete.

newer Mobos are getting to be that way anyhow i wouldnt buy from FSC anyhow, but then im a Gamer so that makes me desire performance.
