This is the funniest thing I've read in a long time!

You forgot to mention that connectors should always be connected (and jumpers should always be moved) when the power is ON.

that was the greatest article i have read in a while, its very tempting to actually try on one of my legacy systems, I hope the author reads this and maybe writes an article on how not to configure your software or something like that, there are many possibilities for an article there

I was so inspired by this article I hooked a 220 Volt washer / dryer connection to the motherboard and flipped the switch, and it took out the power in my whole basement! before the power went out I think it welded the powersupply prongs to the cord! SHEIST!!! LOL
