I have a laptop running window Xp pro on it and the problem that I have is that whenever I want to shut down my laptop, I have to "turn it off" twice (Start-Turn Off Computer-Turn Off) before it will start its shut down sequence. Yes I did give it time on the first try for it to turn off but it just won't. Gotta do it another time before it will turn off. Any help??/ thanks alot.
