  lamp cost
 Date Written

the dropping price of projectors makes the cost and lifetime of their lamps very important.

these things often list at $400, and using a projector for home entertainment you can easily run through a lamp's lifetime in one year.

this is quite a substantial commitment to future purchases, and it would be a good idea to include lamp cost in your review.

I Agree completely, with Bart.

I have a DVI Dataview E200, which gives very good results. One major negative point is that I had it for 3 years and I had to replace the bulb twice already at a single cost of $900.

So If you want to by a projector take tehse costs into account
