I want a game, preferably First Person Shooter, that is demanding and original. Halo does not count, I have been there and done that on the XBOX. A game that has single player game play like Halo or Return to Castle Wolfenstein or MOHAA would be ideal, I have all the MOHAA expansions. So, any suggestions? and remeber, graphically demanding. I like straining the video card. :D

well halo is probably the most demanding out of the all right now.

if you really want a test, go into your video card display settings and crank up all the options to Quality detail and do the same in the settings for halo

i bet your vid card wont like that :)

Call of Duty. It doesn't get any better. Have you played the demo? It blows MOHAA away.

Remember, I do not want Halo - Like I have said, "I have been there, done that" as in I already PLAYED the game on Xbox, enjoyed it a lot, but I cannot play a single player game again like that. I'll check out Call of Duty.

I recently bought Call of Duty and have been impressed with the quality of the game. Great graphics and a good storyline really make it a good FPS game for the PC. However, for other benchmarking I would recommend Max Payne 2, Unreal Tournament 2003, Splinter Cell (more tactical), and the soon to be released Unreal Tournament 2004.

What about this game called Stalker. I heard it has unparralled graphics, even HL2 and Doom 3 come up short against it. When is it going to be released?

Check out NOLF2 Contract Jack. Great 1st person shooter. Requires a lot of resources.

I doubt you'll be able to run Halo well with a Geforce 4 MX.

That is only because Halo for the PC was poorly coded, not because it is demanding. Halo for the Xbox was brilliantly coded.
