you could`nt tell the difference with the eye ,of 300ns much less .2ns .hehe But this is so true .Two guy`s arguing over .2ns in a HDD or on a read. A lot of websites, like you said out there with less than 50 members. With an indepth study that took 20min to find, copy ,and paste. No proof just ideas , on what is best. What I have found best that works almost every time is to do the compairing your self,in other words do the tests yourself.Then you know .Just because someone tells you NTFS file sys. is faster and better than Fat32 ,you change or argue to the very end it is better. How will you ever know for sure until you do it your self and do apples for apples !! The reason I used NTFS and FAT32 is because I read a whole article on it that said NTFS was faster better less defragging etc. than Fat32 .So I changed,needless to say I started thinking what if I ran my OWN study ,it took several days to do.EVERY test the same with both.Now if you really want to know which does best take the exact same system. Use PCmark--Sissoft--pcpitstop.com tests.on each file system,then you will know for sure. What I am getting at is this, don`t just read an article and go out and buy ,or exchange because someone SAID. Do it yourself and KNOW !!! ( .2ns hehe ) How do I know a Ti4200 is better than a Fx5200 ? Unless I use them booth on MY system. A Ti4200 on an AMD 2500 ,may well beat a Fx5200 . But what if they were on a 2.4 Intel . Might well be the best but you don`t know for sure. Most people that are on forums are very BIAS , if they own and AMD that is all that is on earth because it is cheaper.Or if they own an Intel nothing is going to change their mind that what they have is the very best, if it had not been they would have never bought it in the first place.Do less reading and more testing before you exchange,buy,or even rent.hehe Have a good day.
