People that don't understand a dual system should not write reviews.

I think most people that have actually owed a dual cpu system are laughing at this.

He never tried to multitask and benchmark. Try burning a CDR and doing something else on a single cpu? Hehe

The benchmarks he choose tell nothing of this. He never even discussed why the prestonia did so well (hmm cache size?)

I guess what makes a dual a dual is not what it can do but what it does not do. Duals do not slow down. Singles can go from full speed to a crawl. Duals are butter smooth.

Stability - If an applcation goes nuts and takes up 100% cpu there is no way to shut it down on a single. On a dual the other cpu keeps the system alive while you shut down the app.

I'm getting to think I am going to have to write my own dual article and do it correctly. Someone send me a dual prestonia and a few single cpu computers and I will do it right. :)

There's another problem with that review. The RAM!!

Each CPU needs ram.. so the single CPU systems were at an advantage having the same amount of ram as the dual systems.

This article is such a joke.
