Somehow I really don't think that would support OpenGL.

I got an idea
if you are missing dll or ocx file go to dll.webzilla.com and downloaded from there

I think i have figured this out, at lest in XP. it seems that windows protects opengl32.dll and gul32.dll. If you try to delete thees files or replace them, then windows will automatically restores the files to the originals (even when an installation program is doing the replacing).

so what to do?

1. have your graphics card installation program somewhere easy to find on the hard drive.
eg: C:\crapcard

2. restart you computer in "safe mode withe command prompt"
(you can get to this by repeatedly press F8 before windows starts)

3. log on to the administrator account.

4. type "del C:\windows\system32\opengl32.dll" and press enter
then type "del C:\windows\system32\gul32.dll" and press enter

5. press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and goto "File" then to "new task" then select "browse" ans and open you graphics card installation program.

6. install then restart.

by by, tell if it works or bitch if it doesn't :)

Having Spent Days Getting this to work.

Mohaa on A Dell XPS 710 with 2x 7900gs cards. SLI enabled.

constant open gl errors of the common kind.

copy 3dfxvgl.dll to system32 copy opengl32.dll to the game folder.

not sure if it helped or not but added glide.dll and glide2x.dll and glide3x.dll to the system32 folder.

It Now works.

I was having this problem after updating my ATI Radeon 9600XT driver yesterday. RTCW was working just fine, but after installing ATI's Catalyst Control Center (and all the associated updated drivers) 7.4, RTCW displayed the OpenGL error message.

After trawling the net I saw a post which recommended simply uninstalling and reinstalling the game. This has worked for RTCW. I also play Jedi Knight II, so if I get the same problem, I'll try reinstalling that too - but, it's a bit of a bummer if you are halfway or further through the game.

Hey all, found a simple solution.

For RTCW game, search for the two config file:

wolfconfig.cfg
wolfconfig_mp.cfg

move or delete them both. Restart the game and it will automatically recreate these two file and you won't have that OpenGL error anymore.

For other games, you can try doing the same.

HTH

This is what worked for me:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q241257
After I got rid of my old video driver, I had to install the latest driver for my new card or reinstall it anyway.
But all is well now and hope this helps.

hi guys...how are u?
sorry to bother you but i wanted to say that i have this problem too with RTCW and my bigger problem is that i cant find any of these files you say like "wolgconfig.cfg" or "wolfconfig_mp.cfg" or also "3dfxvgl.dll". i searched them very much but i dint find them...
also, i installed the "SciTech" that u had told many times... it didnt work because i think it should have a second step...
my request is this:
1. if you think i can find the files somehow, please contact me with fbi_1371@yahoo.com
2. if you know the "second step" please contact me with fbi_1371@yahoo.com
3. if you think it should be from grafic card, and know how to update. contact me with fbi_1371@yahoo.com
at last, thanks alot for your helps,
note : im not proffesional, so please help step by step...please...thanks alot again.......

I will post my experience, maybe it will help somebody.
first and foremost I learned the hard way that if your video card supports opengl 2.0, it also requires the cpu to have sse instructions to work, even in old opengl applications. I tried a lot of the things on here to no avail.
secondly if you have directx 9.0c newer than aug/ 06 you will need a program called nHancer(for nvidia cards, not sure about ati) to limit the driver string for quake3 engine games such as moh, etc. 11A8 i believe was the magic number.
I hope this helps somebody out there.
