Hello,

I installed a game called Raven Shield from Rainbow Six, and when i tried to run the game, a critical error message popped up and said:

- Your Video Card Is Not Supported -

What exactly does this mean, and What can i do about it?

It probably means just that...your video card doesn't work with the program. Do you know what kind of card you have? Chances are it isn't a NVIDIA or ATI card or it would most likely be supported. You can purchase a new NVIDIA or ATI card that will work for les than $40 USD or you could get a higer-quality card from anywhere upwards of $40 to $500 USD. A middle-range card for less than $150 USD will be able to play that game and anything else that comes out for quite awhile until the technology is old.

That is odd. I would try to contact the corporation and make sure the card is supported. If it is I would try updating drivers and patching the game. If nothing else works you may want to try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

thats an ati card right
go here http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html
select your operating sysrem then select graphic driver
and finaly choose your card and hit go
this will take you to the driver download page for your card
remember to remove old drivers before instaling new ones
check the driver version first to see if its newer than yours
if its not then dont bother updating it

good luck

First do you have a 3d effects card installed or is it stock pc video (compaq,hp,so-on) and like they said you can get a fx 5200 with 128 ddr ram agp card for under 100 bucks make sure you have a agp slot though
or a pci slot . A video card is easy to install . And if you allready know this and i am asuming your new to pcs ignore this mesage LOL
