Internet TV may be the new direction for consumers,
very few cards devote themselves to running
Media player or realone. I wish this test had been
added to the evaluation in this article.
I did see at ATI something that looked like they
were trying to address this.

Well, you can port most new computers over to a TV now. There is a product made by Grandtec called the PC to TV series. It can convert VGA to PAL or NTSC Format for most TV's.Also, currently I read the S-Video output doesn't work on both NVidia and ATI cards but may work someday, which I really need to try it sometime. FInally, Apex is about to release thier ApeXtreme gaming console which might act as a web TV,if not rumor has it Alienware and ABS are making similiar systems, these may act as web TV. But check out the Grandtec website at http://www.grandtec.com and you can buy them at http://www.tigerdirect.com hope it helps some.
