  Correct use of Dumpchk

I've been struggling with "IRQ less or equal to" errors for the past month with my new set-up. I keep getting x0D1 errors which point to a driver conflict. I want to use pstat, which I've done, and dumpchk to trace down the driver. However, when I use dumpchk, I keep getting the error, "Debug client cannot open DumpFile - error 80070002".

I open the command line and it defaults to "C:\Documents and Settings\Bob>" then I type in "dumpchk.exe memory.dmp". Is this the correct way?
