I've heard that AVG has outdated virus definitions (read from a complaint on another post) is this true or did the person just not know how to update his virus definitions? Just wanna be sure :)

AVG defintely. You are always going to find someone with a gripe about something. Had AVG for awhile now and it works perfect.

I also use AVG. Personally, it has saved my ass hundreds of times. The second your computer gets a virus AVG will inform you and show you where it is. And the updates come frequently so you know your pc is always safe.
