I got a motherboard, its a PC Chips M756MRT...supports a socket 370 processor up to 1.14 ghz, 133 fsb...thats great, except, when i try running my 1ghz PIII processor, the highest i can run it is 750 mhz, because when i set it on 133 fsb, it randomly freezes and gives the blue screen error with the message Hardware fault, please contact vendor. But set it on 100 mhz fsb and it runs perfect as long as i like.....tried the chip in my hp, which is crap,.....runs perfect, its what im using now...... I checked the jumpers on the mobo, etc, no luck.....dont think thats what it is but could be wrong, reset the bios etc. No luck. Tried a 667 mhz processor, cant run it more than 501 mhz, I put it on 133 mhz fsb, and it does the same thing, tried running the processor on 133 and the ram on 100, even though its pc133...still didnt work.... I have no clue why, but if someone has any ideas itd be great....thanks alot. K.C.

Just guessing as I can't seem to find any info on the website, but does it have dipswitches to set the multiplier? If so, check they're set correctly for your cpu before trying to boot. Clearing the CMOS might help too.
