Heck i only got 2778 with my 6800nu at 380 core and 702 ram.Dam i dont think it ever went over 28 fps and it only hit that once or twice.But my pc is running really crappy.I have a screwed up reg. I deleted some thing i shouldnt have and it takes like 4 minutes before i can sign into any programs.The welcome window just hangs there for almost 3 minutes.When i do my fresh install i think ill get aleast 4000

Im mad...lol I just looked at the scores and my 6800nu got wasted by a 9700 pro .Im afraid to look at the 9600xt's scores.Well no 9600 beat me but a ATI9500 i only beat it by 50 points god.And the x800XTPE's are killing the 6800Ultra's....lol.6800ultras scores- 6600 and x800XTPE scores 7400.Ati pulls ahead in this one.

what cpu do you have?

I have a 2.8c P4 with 30 caps and Its an MO stepper..Tomorrow im gonna run it at my max of 3.8 and crank on my 6800nu and see what i get then.But im going to bed right now so

make sure to get the latest drivers (66.51) for your card.
These were released 2 days (or day and a half) ago, and FM approved them for 3dmark05.

guys ati cards arent faster than nvidias.... its all about drivers at this point.. .brian install 66.70 drivers... same for your mothow... i was getting 3600 untill i installed drivers... my score jumped 1k points... now i get 4600 so there ya go... either way the 66.70 ( http://www.guru3d.com ) are beta. i expect that once nvidia releases formal drivers to confront the 3dmark05 issue scores will be drastically different...

Hmm, only got 4126 with my setup. I was using the 66.00 betas but had a problem with media player so went back to 61.67. I'll give the new beta's a go when I get home-cheers for the info Brian.

hmm i wonder how my board will do with Cat 4.6 drivers in this benchmark, i just want to see where its at etc as of "Synthetic/Generic Benchmarks"

ah well im downloading it at the moment will be interesting to see how it goes with the x800 series

The 66.51's got me another 600 pionts and it was at default speeds this time i havent tried OCing with these drivers yet.So thanks for the info.New score is 3239.Jeff lets see you beat that with your 9600XT....lol But i think i should be able to get another 1000 points or better.

friend of mine with a A64 3400+ 6800 GT (66.70) just got 4595 which is good

Wow-66.51's raised my score to 5078-almost a 1000 points or 25% increase!

Let's hope it can do the same with my games!

Ok so $$$$ on a 6800 GT video card and all I get is 3750 on 3DMark2005, even with it clocked to 370/1000. There where parts where I only had 5 FPS. Wow is this just the drivers? and an Issue there? The CPU test where giving me 1 FSP at points never above 6 FPS.
