I have always found that by using DVD Decrypter and ripping the disc to my hard drive first, it is very easy to avoid having to install the Interactual Player or download a license.

Doesn't work, the WMV9 files will save, but keep the DRM intact, and will only play back on the system where you got the DRM license for.
