If your wanting a replacement try the manufacturer but its way easier to get a 3rd party cooler, most out perform stock anyway.

David.

a stock heat-sink? good luck with that you may have to call ATi but depending on what they want for one i would just go with a third party cooler like one from Artic cooler...

I already have Arctic Cooler VGA silencer rev 4. But my Video Card is being gay so I want to return it to Sapphire to get a replacement, but I don't remember what I did with stock heatsink. As you guys already know changing heatsink voids the warrentee. So I want to get another stock heatsink, install it and then try returning it.

Sorry bud....just took a quick search and no hits on anything relevant. You might wanna just drop Sapphire customer support an email asking if they sell replacement heatsinks.....just say the one you had died or something

Buy a saph card...put your current heatsink on it....sell it saying its new....and then return your saph card with the new stock heatsink on it... or do the opposite....hmm wait that doesnt make sense....sell your crap card now and run quickly

Ive snapped:
An xbox360 and a 12" iBook....
And a kawasaki er-6n to mod instead

You guys think if I beg like a "female dog" Sapphire will make it an exception and give me a replacement? :)

Email to customer service first

Always BS first....you'd be surprised what you can get away with.

Of course this is rather unethical, but then again so is Sapphire selling crap....

Maybe try something like this:

"To Sapphire Customer Support Staff:

I noticed recently that my (model number of card) temperatures were getting extremely high. I found that the stock heatsink fan was making lots of noise and seemed to functioning erratically. Can I purchase another fan without having to send my card back for warranty repair? I would prefer this as I do not have another card at the moment to replace and need my computer for work.

Please advise.

Regards,"
