Just got my PC running, installed all the ASUS apps from the CD. After XP loads I keep getting this message. "Ai booster function has been disabled, please enable the feature first. You could do this by entering BIOS setup menu".

I have search the BIOS for the option to turn this on but found nothing. The ASUS manual does not mention this at all. Does anyone have an idea what I missed?

I called ASUS support. Thgeir fix did not fix anything. You can call them at 502-995-0883 or go through hell filling out their support form from their support web page. Bummec at how great everyone says this M-board is but ASUS appears to be lost as well.

Please let me know if you find out anything.

I ended up uninstalling the AI Boost because I was sick of the message.
The machine is fast enough so for now I will just have to live with it.
Bummer as you say with such a critically acclaimed board!

AIBoost software can’t run if the Cool & Quiet function is enabled in BIOS. But you can run AI Booster Software by disabling Cool & Quiet function in BIOS first.

I got it!!! Been trying to solve this problem for 2 days now. Then noticed another post on a different issue. Turns out they're linked.

If you install the ATK0110 ACPI driver you'd (most likely) be able to run AI Booster. I've been to quite a few forums and hadn't found a solution to this issue yet.
