Here is the break-down regarding AMD's Athlon 64 CPUs:

Single Channel Memory Controller:
AMD Athlon 64 2800+ (socket 754) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 1.60GH (Clawhammer)
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (socket 754) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.00GH (Clawhammer)
AMD Athlon 64 3400+ (socket 754) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.20GH (Clawhammer)
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ (socket 754) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.40GH (Clawhammer)

Single Channel Memory Controller: Though there is a 3000+ (754, 130nm, SOI, L2 512k with Dual Channel.
AMD Athlon 64 2800+ (socket 754) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 1.80GHz (Newcastle)
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ (socket 754) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.00GHz (Newcastle)
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (socket 754) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.20GHz (Newcastle)
AMD Athlon 64 3400+ (socket 754) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.40GHz (Newcastle)

Dual Channel Memory Controller:
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (socket 939) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.20GHz (?)
AMD Athlon 64 3800+ (socket 939) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 512k @ 2.40GHz (?)
AMD Athlon 64FX-51 (socket 940) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.20GHz (SledgeHammer)
AMD Athlon 64FX-53 (socket 940) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.40GHz (SledgeHammer)
AMD Athlon 64FX-53 (socket 939) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.40GHz (SledgeHammer)
AMD Athlon 64FX-55 (socket 939) 130nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.60GHz (SledgeHammer)
AMD Athlon 64FX-55 (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.60GHz (San Diego) w/ DSL Technology & SSE3
AMD Athlon 64FX-57 (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 2.80GHz (San Diego) w/ DSL Technology & SSE3
AMD Athlon 64FX-59 (socket 939) 90nm - SOI - L1 cache 128k - L2 cache 1MB @ 3.00GHz (San Diego) w/ DSL Technology & SSE3

Then the Dual Core 90 nm, SOI Toledo core will take over the A64-FX line. w/ 2MB L2 cache w/ an enhanced Branch Prediction & HTT running @ CPU Core Frequency. (Very Fast!)

I'm not sure exactly the FX-xx name for the Toledo core will sport, but I'm thinking it may be in the nabour hood of Athlon 64 FX-59?
