the creative sound blaster audigy 2 rocks!!.
it may be a tad pricey but if your going for quality bust out yer wallet.
if your into gaming the 6.1 digital eax is awsome.
and if your into recording music...dont leave the store without it!!
ASIO drivers, doesnt get any better, no latency baby!!
im a hardcore gamer and work in music production, this is the best investment ive purchased for my pc....i suggest you do the same.
although to get it right its about $300. you need the inspire 6.1 speakers to go with it.....mut worth it. trust me.

it sounds great... 1 problem. it costs 1/2 of what my pc is worth. lol im fine with my SB Live with 4.1 setup. i might get a 5.1 setup soon though.....
