I'm never going to give this company a chance. I've read entirely too many horror stories from its customers. The fact they manage to get some orders out to people (without severe delays or dis-satifaction) is frickin amazing.

For me, its TigerDirect.com, NewEgg.com and sometimes others.

I agree with Newegg.com, they have incredible service. I have never tried tigerdirect. Are they as good customer service wise as newegg? Also how is their RMA policy. I have heard good things about them but nothing in detail.

The only thing I admire about ocsystem.com, is the way that they have overclocked their videocards. I just want to know which cards they used to overclock, as well as the thermal foam, that they used for the heat pipe cooler, so that I can do the same thing myself without paying for an OCed one.

I bought some of their brand memory and it kind of sucks but is ok for the price. I also got some of their rounded IDE cables which are really cheap and work fine. I got my order in under a week but then I live right next to them so it's no suprise.

This is exactly why I started building my own systems. I was so tired of being screwed by all these OEMs!
