maybe you can find something in there that will solve your situation.... kinda seems similiar to yours.... maybe something in the network got muck up.....

I have a same problem with my winxp sp2.it always show ndis.sys driver irql not less or equal error.In this post there is mentioning of changing irq's,can anyone tell how to change it,coz am not so expert in software problems.Thank u
