Just built a new system
asus 7600gt silent pipe 2
Amd 64x2 4200
Asus a8n32-sli delux
2gb ocz memory
Lian li case pc767
480w antec true power
the problem is that when i play anygame such as FEAR or BF2 my system freezes from between 3-30 mins after playing.
when i check the temp of the graphic card when not playing it is about 52. when it freezes and i reboot its about 75+. what is the recommended temp for a graphic card.
I have a top of the range lian li case with fans the size of my head so its getting loads of air.
i have all updates for windows, graphic card etc etc but i dont know what the problem could be.
Has anyone had similar probs

My friend had the same problem with his 7800gt...He was really dissapointed, but I figured out that the fan and heatsink were not working correctly, so he got the Arctic cooling nv5 or whatever it is and his temps are rediculously low now...
I bet the fan is faulty on your card...Just a guess though
(the nv5 is a after market cooler for video cards...not sure what the one for a 7600gt is though)
