Okay, maybe you guys can help me find one. I'm looking for a blue led 120 mm rear case fan. The current rear case fan is clear and connects directly to my PSU via molex connector. But I want one with a motherboard connector, not a molex connector. If you guys have any recommendations, please let me know. Thanks.

Just get a fan that has both.

AeroCool XtremeTurbine all the way baby, I have two of them, quite powerful, and uses the 3-pin mobo connector.

Yeah, good choice Shadow, I think I'm leaning towards that. I'm going to check out the specs.

That took me a whole 15 seconds to find.

Lol Mkfly, I'm on a Sprint mobile broadband connection now and it's speed in this area sucks! What took you 15 seconds to find would take me an eternity to find! Thanks for the help nonetheless! :)

its best to run fans directly off the PSU now than the Motherboard. If you need another 120 MM fan i suggest Antec Tri Cool 120.

AMD Athlon XP-M 2500+ (133x14= 1867MHz) (209x11= 2299MHz)
DFI LP NF2 Ultra-B (Hellfire 3EG Rev2)
Antec SX800, Neo HE 500, 4 Antec 8CM Fans
Thermalright SI-97 1 Antec Tricool 12CM Fan
CL SB XFi Xtreme Music
2x Barracuda HDs (250/400)
2x Samsung Write

Insofar as the $5 Logisys fans mentioned in the Newegg link, I have to believe that these are sleave bearing type fans, and are not reliable. Always use fans that are indicated as Ball Bearing types if you want reliability and longevity.

Yeah although the AeroCool XtremeTurbine CAN be connected to the mobo, I personally don't, I connected them to a fan controller. Also these fans aren't cheap, I paid $15 each.

Sean, man, I'm not Storm Petrel anymore, I'm Liquid Shadow lol.

You know, that's a good idea. I ought to browse around for some, albeit rather slowly. If anyone has suggestions on those also, then let me know...
