First, for those who completely ignore my forum signature, HWA has had an Xfire clan for a few months, now.
http://www.xfire.com/clans/hwa

Edit: I created a public Google calendar. Once we get some stuff rolling, I'll post the games, and what times they're at.
http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=co8rnhrffgrhjekrgp6qchnu1k%40group.calendar.google.com

Before we can schedule any games, I need everyone to list any and all games they own that are multiplayer-capable.

Age of Empires III
Battlefield 2
Call of Duty 2
Command & Conquer: The First Decade (Every Command & Conquer)
Dawn of War
Dawn of War: Winter Assault
Dawn of War: Dark Crusade
Doom 3
Far Cry
Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch:
Half-Life: Deathmatch: Source
Prey
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
StarCraft
StarCraft: Brood War
Supreme Commander
Unreal Tournament 2004

Along with any games which the majority of the clan owns, we can also do any open betas or demos. :D

List your games, guys, and we can get started.

Also, if you haven't joined the clan yet, spply, then send me a PM here. The Xfire clan system doesn't send out email notifications when someone applies. When you're accepted, PLEASE put the flag "-=HWA=-" in front of your username on the clan page (see link above) like the rest of us have. Then, come here, and list your games.

Edit: Once we get a solid list of games, We can look into purchasing slots for dedicated servers. If anyone is willing to contribute $$$ for this, PM me, and I'll let you know what's going down.

Edit: We have a HWA chatroom as well on Xfire. Xfire either myself, or McFly (mcfly2000) and we'll show you to it. :)

Let's have some fun. :)

Clan Games - 03-22-2007
CounterStrike Source
Battlefield 2
Call of Duty 2
Unreal Tournament 2004 (Maybe, if we get some more people with it)
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch (Again, still up in the air, waiting on more replies.)

Some AoE III matches might be in order, too. :)

I have:

Counter Strike Source
Half Life 2 Deathmatch
Half Life 2 *insert any free mod here* (Garry's, Synergy, etc.)
Battlefield 2
Battlefield 2 Special Forces Expansion
Battlefield 1942
Battlefield 1942 Road to Rome Expansion
Age of Empires III
Medal of Honor Allied Assualt
Company of Heros
Farcry (only in LAN, BFG gave me no serial key, came with videocard)
FEAR (free multiplayer)

I'm gonna try and get:
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory (free download, runs on Windows and Linux) - we should play this since its free

I usually play Counter Strike Source and Battlefield 2 the most with other people in our clan.

We can actually probably make a VPN with Hamachi for that! :D

http://www.hamachi.cc

I've got a serial key for Far Cry, but I've never been able to connect. Damned UbiSoft gaming service.

Yeah it should, I have Hamachi installed on my XP partition. Used it with Greg McNamer once to play some game I forget. It's a pretty cool program.

Mothow, you've been invited to the Xfire clan. Same with Meats of Evil. Just log into Xfire, and you'll get a popup invitation.

Dilbert.

I suck at teams. Then again, I probably suck altogether. XD

Am I the only one here playing Supreme Commander? It's such a great strategy game!

If someone has the spare parts and time, not to mention the good-enough internet connection, that wouldn't be a bad idea at all. ^_^ My connection is too twitchy, otherwise, I'd go buy a 60GB hard drive, and some RAM, and put my old eMachines back together.

I have more than enough random spare hardware, but I'm not sure if my connection would cut it. I get good pings to my favorite UT servers (usually 60-80ms to a server on the other side of the US), but when I ran my own UT server, Bobby got a ping of over 200ms. Of course, I blame Bobby for that. :P

If I can get the connection to work good, then I wouldn't mind hosting UT2004 matches. I have over 8GB of Onslaught maps (which is the best gameplay for teams).

Well, I'm in the opposite boat because I like to think my internet is sufficient (6000 kbps download, 768 kbps upload), but my hardware is lackluster. :P

Do you guys think this server would be able to handle anything at all? In CSS, it can handle up to 12 people assuming they don't have dial up. :D

Western Digital Caviar SE 160GB E-IDE Hard Drive
Okia 450-Watt PSU
Power Up Silver ATX Mid-Tower Case
Linksys WMP54G Wireless PCI Card
Samsung SyncMaster 920N (Black)

If anyone would be so kind to mail me another stick of RAM... :D

Bobby, I'm thinking about getting Supreme Commander. Is it good? Will be crap PCs be able to play them? :/
