Hi
My 7300GS drivers doesnt want to install

It says "No hardware found" in the setup.(84.63)
I have the 93.71 drivers but since the installation of these
drivers my PC locks up in CS and esspecially in HL2 with Engine
ERRORs and trash like that!!But CS source just locks my pc!
The PC is quite new but is extremely slow for a 1.80DUO iNtel.
Does the 32bit WINDOWS XP really have that big effect on duel cores?
What could i be doing wrong??
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where did you down load the drivers from? Some times the installers are messed up and you need to install them manually.I know guru3d.com has quite a few drivers for download that need to be installed from the device manager

just thought of something that drivers is pretty old it might not support thge 7300GS try a newer driver

dude these drivers are for note books..

How do you mean your PC is quite slow?

And what CPU do you have? is it an E6300 Core 2 Duo? (1.83Ghz)

In what sort of apps are you noticing slowness?

As for the GFX card, try another driver set.

The downloads section at Guru3d.com has all the latest drivers & betas you'll need.

Those drivers are for the GeForce Go 7800/7900 series laptops

I noticed in IE and overall performance!!Even when opening files and so.

Think theres a virus!!Ran n S#@t load of scanners from 3 different Anti Virus Progs.and some where found!Of which NORTON did`nt pic out ONE!!!Taken care of but something is`nt right!

Thanks for the Notebook tips, but I didnt notice cause the Nvidia website did not say anything about NOTEBOOK drivers!U choose in those little boxes what you want so they never mentioned it!

Sorry for the grammer!

Well they would generally be released as such.

You could check in the .inf file to see if your card is supported

Try these instead, 97.95 Win 2K & XP

Those 101.02 drivers should work ok as long as you know how to use/install the modded ini.file.

Now why is your system so slow?We will will need to know more about this PC.Like make and model since im guessing you bought it.Tell us everything you can and down load cpuz and that will tell you about your chipset and ram timings etc
