Data socket on printer intermittent, want to check small pcb and socket connections.

Does anyone have correct procedure to remove casing.

did you ever work this out? because i am trying to dismantle mine to change the usb port, but it seems to use a magic 'open sesame' password as I can't find screws anywhere! lol

I'm afraid I did not find the answer, the thing must be clicked together at manufacture never to come apart for repair.
I also wanted to check the intermittent usb socket.
