hi recently i found a very strange problem, when i start my system,it shows bizzare screen like all characters mainly dominated by "!!!!!" and rt rt rt and some nonsense characters,it takes me to dual boot menu, where i could read xp or 2000.But under this menu again all nonsesne characters.i opened my cabinet and cleaned the dust around RAM.and changed the slot also. But it re-occured.so i detatched keyboard and mouse. and re-attatched.it worked. But again if i restart, same old story repeats,i am vexed how many times i have to unplug and plug removing keyboard,is it keyboard problem.or RAM? when this problem occurs in the booting my mother board logo also wont appear.all !!!!!!!! characters.plz help me out.
