All three of these cards support AGP 8x so why are they being tested on a board with the 850e chipset (which only supports 4x)?

The Nvidia card can best the ATI. This review is a joke. We tried the ATI as well as the Nvidia on a mobo with an 8x AGP. Nividia totally blew away the ATI. Hence the sale on eBay for a 9800 ATI (All Together Inoperable)

This is the fill rate from NIVIDA: 27.2+ Billion AA samples/s
This is the ATI: 18.2 Billion AA samples/s

NVIDIA bandwidth: 27.2GB/sec
ATI: 21.8GB/sec

There are more that I could post but I just dont want to...

or need too..

Seriously I see a ton of unhappy ATI owners and practically no Nvidia complaints.

Thats not true about ATI a lot of people love them. But i personally like Nvidia but ATI is just as good and better in some aspects just like Nvidia is better some aspects.
