I want to get my RAM running at 333Mhz which is its max capability and at 1.8V which it i already at. I just want a step by step guide on how to do it. Also, some info about what to do IF it all goes wrong.

Intel Celeron 430 @ 1800mhz
Intel Graphics Accelerator (82)945G @ 224MB of RAM
1024MB DDR2 Single Channel PC-5300
