Rebecca,
The initial indication is that you have multiple peripheral controllers in your system and that one or more of them are in conflict for DMA or IRQ resources.
Without a more descriptive listing, the analysis has to be very limitted.
IF the wireless networking is the most critical or newest component to your system, try unplugging some other components to see of the problem goes away with one or more of them. Then deinstall the drivers, re-insert the card, and reinstall the drivers, this should permit the OS to re-map the conflicting device to a new IRQ/DMA "mount" point.

There may be specific problematical or conflicting devices in your system that could lead to a better analysis, but we'd need more information from you, before we could make more specific recommendations.

99% probability that it's an IRQ conflict. Do as Gerrit says and it should resolve the problem. Unless you know how to re-assign IRQ's to devices.

Let us know how it goes. If need be we can walk you through the IRQ re-assignment process. But we need to know your OS and what devices are assigned to what IRQ's.
