Ok I'm too tired to type too much, this piece of s**t driver f**ked up my Windows XP. I was up all night fixing the Pc and finished just about 20 mins ago. 
I checked on Evga forums and I'm not the only one with the same problem, many more suffered the atrocity of this driver. And it was Nvidia that screwed up, from what I've read they mixed up the code or labels in Windows Vista and XP and vice-versa.
Ugh! I'm going to bed.

Yep that driver did me in to..I had to reinstall windoows because it screwed my system up so bad
