Pull the CMOS battery, wait 10 seconds, replace it, boot.

Hey I have a Dell Latitude and I want to remove the password. I know what it is, how can I remove it if I know it?

Generally you go into the BIOS and change password. Enter the current password, and enter a blank password as the new password.

If your laptop is asking for BIOS password and you don't know it you will need to call their Techs for a master password, they will more than likely want a proof of purchase also to make sure the laptop belongs to you.
