Typically the tighter the timings (Lower Numbers) the faster the memory. Usually higher speed ram is paired with higher timings where as slower speed ram have tighter faster timings.
What you want is high speed ram with tight timings.
If you want DDR2-800 then make sure you at least get memory with 4-4-4 or so timings where as DDR2-1066 make sure it runs with at least 5-5-5 or so. Try to stay away from anything higher than 5. 6-6-6 and above is useless for DDR2 IMO.

DDR2-800 @ 4-4-4 OR DDR2-1066 @ 5-5-5 are both great for GAMING!

I recommend the OCZ 4GB PC2-6400 2GBX2 REAPER HPC 4-4-4 - OCZ2RPR800C44GK

OCZ 4GB PC2-8500 2GBX2 REAPER HPC EPP 5-5-5 - OCZ2RPR10664GK

Custom AMD HAF 932 Red Dragon GAMING MOD!!!
