Mothow did you just ordered your second GTX285? Or is this your first? Cause I'm sure 2x GTX 260 are btter than a single GTX 285 :/

Its the frist one.Two GTX 260's might get a little better in FPS than a GTX 285 in some games and a little better score in benchmarks. But now I think id rather have one really good card than two pretty good cards. And later on when prices come down ill get another one or if a good deal comes along. But seriouly i know i say im done upgrading all the time. But this time i wont be doing any major upgrades for a little while.Beside two cards really heats up my case. With only one card my cpu's temps have dropped 3/4c on each core

Well, just ordered my Q9400. Thanks for the headsup mothow! The web site says it's it's out of stock and to call, so I spent about 15 min with a very nice young lady ordering it, should be here by April 17 at the latest. Came to just under $189 shipped w/tax, which is $40 less than Newegg before tax and less than the Q6600 I almost bought last year.

Edit: sale ends today 26 March if anyone is still looking.

Not really.I was gonna buy COD anyway Thats $49.99.And i was paying $281.99 for the card from Dell and i paid $349 from newegg(plus the card from Newegg has a higher OC) minus the $49.99 i would of spent on the game.I really only lose about $31.

Yeah ive had it up to 4.2ghz but it takes 1.4v.I dont want to run that much voltage in a 45nm cpu.But if i was still using watercooling id be willing to run it like that daily.
I just got some DDR2 1066 and im hoping i can get a bit higher wih better memory performance.DDR2 900 just isnt enough with this beast at 4.0ghz
