ECS A780GM-A V 1.1 Motherboards
AMD Phenom 9500 2.2GHZ AM2+
OCZ Modxstream 600w PS
seagate barricuda 500gb sata drive
OCZ Nvidia SLI ready PC2 6400 RAM (2x2GB)
Samsung DVD-R

Not Much after that.

Anyways, I turn the power on. And nothing happens. HDD starts spinning and nothing from the DVD Drive. Case Fans on as well and nothing shows up on screen.

I had a ASUS M3N78 mobo in the case earlier and had the esxact same problem.

Could this be a ram issue?

If you say the DVD drive didn't turn on and you tried it with the other motherboard then I suspect a PSU problem. But make sure everything is connected correctly, everything from the Case's power cables to the VGA cord.

Everything I write is Sarcasm.
