  Vista when shutting down blue screen appears and computer restarts

Hi I need help badly I'm not very advanced on computers so i'll need fairly easy directions to follow. About two days ago after installing quick freedom my computer started to restart when I hit shut down. The computer acts like it's shutting down then a blue screen with white writting about cleaning my BIOS pops up and the computer restarts like its recovering from a crash. I ran virus scans with Norton security and can't find anything. When I come back on I get this message: Windows has recovered from on expected shut down. Here are the details it gives.
