Dam man i remember this place was completely rammed with tech heads :(

When i joined here i was in the Marines, i have moved location and now been out past 2 years. Still into overclocking and part of a team in the UK.

Most my time now is spent weight training as this is now my main hobby and focus :)

How you been Shawn i remember you in the old days :)

Hey Plug course i remember you dude. :P

I have calmed down from benching for a while due to working away a lot of the time.

My current rig
Q9550 @ 3.6
2x2gb at not sure
4870 1GB 'Twin Fan cooler'
xfi extreme music, i put new caps and decoder. 'helps quality :)'
Stacker 832
620w hx psu.
4x1tb HDD
2x SSD RAID0
TRUE 120 COPPER Lapped with 2x yate loons. Expensive but nice :)

My new rig i plan is this :)
2x OCZ vertex RAID0
i7 'possible Asus P6T Deluxe
920 D0 at 4ghz
3x1gb ram 'have already'
ebermax galaxy 100w 'ave already'

But i am tempted with water cooling again., i have a DDC ultra with plexi top. Still deciding on case hehe

So mate are you going to get Armed Assault 2 :)

I prolly will get AA2 but I will play demo before I do, I would not get a i7 Dave, the performance in gaming for a start would be very little....if you are encoding etc yes by all means but apart from that.....dont do it.

The new Intel chips are out in Q4 of this year so it will be a no brainer to wait and not get the i7's now....even better when new chips launch the i7's will be even cheaper. If you really want them.

So I am waiting for the new launch...and by then my GTX295 will be "OBSOLITE" and I will "HAVE" to get a new card.....

Game I am waiting for....

Bioshock 2
Operation Flashpoint 2
Diablo II
Call Of Duty 6 or whatever the FOOK

And any other DECENT FPS.....

At the moment I am rocking out on Guitar Hero World Tour.

I was thinking of getting a new sckt 775 mobo to keep me ticking over for a new build in Q4....the one I have now is a very good board with the best reviews around for clocking and stability when it was released...but it has the old PCI-e slot and I want a REV 2.0 with my GTX295 and clocked Quad.
