I have C2D 3 Ghz CPU, 4GB RAM, 300 GB HDD, Intel MotherBoard . i installing server 2003 then getting error blue dump memory error, i done scandsk, chkdsk for hdd, it is fine.
now what is problem? cd is new

It might be worth listing the error on the BSOD screen if you can, also which part of setup is failing and get a program like memtest86 on a bootable CD and check your memory

I second everything Shawn said.
Pay attention to the STOP message when you get the blue screen. It'll help you determine what is causing the problem. Also, make sure you're aware of what part of the install the failure occurs. If it's random, checking memory is a good starting point. If you're failing while installing devices, it could be a hardware related problem.

which intel motherboard are you using?
are you using a raid card/ sata card or onboard .. which controller are/ is the hdd(s) connected to?
do you use drivers for the controller while you install?
You can either be part of the problem or be part of the solution.
