I ticked Windows7 Ultimate x64. This's what I've been using since the RC release.
I don't really see the need for Ultimate tho,as I won't have a network. But you never
know what's around the corner. Otherwise, I would've opted for Professional - even tho
I don't know what the difference would be from Premium to Ultimate.

I got one free license for two versions of Win7 Pro (32- and 64-Bit) free from my school. I have installed the 64-Bit on my Desktop and then I kicked the god-forsaken Linux off my laptop and put the 32-Bit Win7 on it. Never before has my laptop run so well! It's running 7 noticeably better than it did XP and it is running magnitudes better and faster than with Linux.

Well McFly maybe if you'd made that clearer at the start of the thread, then this wouldn't
have happened! But you should be happy, we all followed suit, so be grateful you ho! :P

Home Premium x64 is what I'm getting and what I'm running. I decided on home premium because it's the only one that comes with the 3 license home package, and that's what I'll probably purchase. I had the choice to install any of the versions with the RTM I installed from but decided to go with what I'll likely end up with. There doesn't seem to be anything that was in ultimate that I'm missing with home premium that I would need. Now that I think about it I don't really even know what the differences are!

McFly,

Even though I am sticking with Vista x64 for my current system..... I have a laptop that has Vista x86 on it and since it has a small hdd, 40gb...... i want to upgrade the hdd to something bigger.... and i was thinking hell... why not... im gonna go with Win 7 Enterprise x86 once I get a larger hdd for this laptop.....

So go ahead and put me down for Win 7 Enterprise x86 as well.
