Hey.... macaronni.... i'm still on Vista (Enterprise x64 version)... AND it works just fine for me.... no issues... HA :P

But with that being said... On my main/current system... I will stay with Vista... it is running great and no need to go through the hassle of install from ground zero and go through all the pooppa of getting everything tested and back on again... I'll wait till my next new build... by then..... Win7 will be on SP2....

I just downloaded my Win7 Enterprise x86.... I'm gonna go ahead and load that up on my spare laptop as soon as I can pickup a larger hdd for it. At the moment it only has a 40gb spinner.... need to get one just a tad bigger.

See G, you're a smart buyer. But I giggle on the inside whenever I think of people who bought Vista Ultimate edition and are switching to Windows7 asap.

Tee hee!

*Edit*
The thing I'm confused about. What will happen to the people who have Windows 7 on their Pc's? As far as I know it isn't officially out yet? So what will happen to the RCs and the Beta versions? Can you guys keep them working or will Microsoft work a way to shut them off once Windows 7 hits shelves?

I used Vista Home Premium (came with my old laptop) for a while and never had any issues with it other than it running a tad slow. Never really knew what all the fuss was about TBH. I will say however, that Windows 7 is much better (organization, new features, speed, etc). It will be worth upgrading whenever you decide to do it.. no rush really though.

I giggle out loud at you, n00b. Wasting money on Windows XP! Bah! Windows 95 is the best operating system of ALL TIME! [/kanye]

I dumped XP x86 a long time ago (2005, when XP x64 came out). Dumped that in late 2006 when Vista came out. :P Then I dumped Vista when 7 came out. And so it goes.

When Windows 7 Hits the selves everyone can still use there beta and rc version until march 2010 then there will be bihourly shutdowns and they will try and cut everyone out of rc and beta by july 2010 but there will be a way around it if we try hard enough
