Okay, so, I'm really hoping someone can help me with this. My computer is so messed up I can't even get on it. I've tried everything I can think of and I need some help.

I can log in fine, but then before I can really do anything my browser automatically tries to open this YouTube video.and then my whole computer freezes up. I can see everything but my mouse won't move and my keyboard won't respond. What's weird is I can open up my Task Manager even after it's frozen but my mouse and keyboard still won't respond so it doesn't do any good.

I can open my computer in Safe Mode. I tried defragmenting it but it didn't help, and I can't seem to restore my computer to any point before 8:45 this morning.

I don't know much about the computer itself other than it's a Dell and it doesn't have as much memory as I'd like.

Anyone have any recommendations?

You have spyware on your pc. These are the kinds of things they do now days.

I doubt that you can even run an anti spyware program before the pc freezes.

Dl and try to run malwarebytes, it is a small but effective program.
malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

If you dont have time to run it before it freezes i can only think of a couple of options from this point.

Remove hdd and hook it up to another pc, then scan it with anti spyware.
Format your hdd.
