I own GT5: Prologue and I can say the graphics overall are better than Grid, Shift and anything else I'd ever seen. I personally like most things about the game, except for having no damage and the way cars smash into each other. I think the full game will be fine.
That youtube video is not even HQ let alone HD. Write it off.

Ha ...think you missed the point there dude......GT5 visuals are not better then Shift or GriD, man the lack of AA is laughable.....but then you prolly tweaked the config files with a fish finger.

Considering I just said "I own GT5: Prologue and I can say the graphics overall are better than Grid, Shift" - I believe this is true. I've had both Shift and Grid maxed out with AA/AF full and it does not matter. The cars don't look as real as GT5's cars, that's just how it is.

Although I agree with Michael, nothing beat GT5 photorealistic cars and its lightning!

Looks good. I would rather have better crash and smashing physics than damage modelling, but this game should have both. Forza 1 even had both, which played in nicely. You can't pit cars in Prologue. It should be simple.
The graphics are better in Prologue, but the interiors lack in comparison to shift. Same goes for Forza 3. Car models look better in Prologue, by far.
If GT5 is similar to prologue, it will be Forza 3>GT5>Shift.
Forza 3 comes out Tuesday and looks to be a much better game, imo. Plus GT5 isn't due out till Spring 2010 and they've been making it for like 5 years now.
