I play many high performance online games on my computer with relatively no problems; WoW, Counterstrike, WolfTeam, etc...

For some reason when I try to play the game BZflag [site is: http://www.BZflag.org] I get jitter messages saying "too much jitter" (there are programs for lag and jitter) and the numbers range from 89-300+ jitter. Normally it never climbs this high so here I am scratching my head.

I've googled the problem and got no answers. Yes, I've checked my processes and the only thing that seems to use alot of CPU memory is firefox, and internet explorer. Also, although my computer has subpar memory in my graphics (which shouldn't a problem for BZflag) I use a fan to keep my computer cool for those "tight spots" that make the computer heat up.

So... I'm stuck :(. Should i reinstall the game? or is something else?

PS: while my jitter is high in BZflag, my latency stays low (no higher than 110ms)

Post your system specifications so we can assist you better.

Although, the thing that comes to mind is the coding of the game.
